The refund policy by Infinity Travels (Infinity Web Solutions LLC) states how we process cancellations, changes, and refunds for travel services you book through our website, mobile platforms, or customer service team.
When you confirm a booking with us, you acknowledge all the terms in this policy along with the terms and conditions set forth by applicable airline, hotel, tour operator, or any other travel service provider (collectively referred to as “Travel Service Providers”).
Role of Infinity Travels
Infinity Travels is only an intermediary, assigning you to the booking process. All decisions regarding cancellation and refund are governed by the policies of the Travel Service Provider(s).
We do not exercise control over, nor do we assume any responsibility for, the timelines established by Travel Service Providers. Note that refunds are processed exclusively by the airlines and may require a period of up to 8 to 12 weeks for completion, and up to 3 billing cycles for it to reflect in your bank statement.
We shall not be held responsible for:
- Any delays in your refund from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
- Fees or restrictions imposed by travel service providers.
- Losses that arise from cancellations, changes in schedule, or actions taken by travel service providers.
Airline & Travel Service Provider Policies
- All reservations must adhere to the fare rules and terms established by the travel service provider.
- Typically, flight fares are non-refundable and may have strict rules regarding changes and cancellations.
- You shall pay any fees associated with changes, cancellations, or refunds imposed by the airline.
- Hotels, car rental companies, and activity providers may have their own cancellation policies and penalties.
Service Fees
We only apply the standard service fee to process your cancellations, modifications, or requests for refund. These may differ based on your flight booking category (domestic or international) and hotel reservations.
Therefore, before you complete your payment, we will provide you with the exact amount you need to pay, covering our administrative handling. These fees are separate from any fees imposed by travel service providers.
For the service fee, you will get a complete disclosure once you submit your request.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Your booking allows cancellation with a refund.
- You have adhered to the cancellation deadline as outlined by the Travel Service Provider.
- You fulfill all other applicable requirements specified in your booking.
Failure to comply with any of these stipulations may result in the denial of the refund request.
Important note:
- Infinity Travels calculates refund amounts based on the fare rules that apply at the time of booking.
- Some tickets may provide refunds only as future travel credits.
- In certain cases, even non-refundable tickets may allow for the refund of taxes and government-imposed fees.
Refund Processing Timelines
The processing time for a refund may vary after you submit the request to the relevant Travel Service Provider.
- Generally, airlines process the refunds within 8 to 12 weeks, but in some cases, it may take longer than that.
- Hotels, tour operators, and car rental agencies typically process refunds more swiftly, often within 7 to 30 business days.
Infinity Travels keeps you informed about your refund status as soon as it gets confirmation from the service provider. Meanwhile, note that we cannot expedite refunds beyond the provider's stated processing capacity.
Cancellations by Providers
In case the Travel Service Provider cancels your flight, hotel, or service, their policy will govern your refund or alternative travel options. In these situations, Infinity Travels will assist you in submitting any required claims; however, we do not accept responsibility for the decisions made by the provider.
No-Shows
Airlines and service providers generally deny refunds to passengers who fail to appear for booked flights.
