Infinity Travels Text Message Terms (Customer Notification Policy)

1. Text Security
   We send OTPs and other text messages without encryption, which means they can carry inherent privacy threats, such as interception or examination by unauthorized individuals. If you do collaborate, you accept these risks and are aware of the limitations associated with unencrypted messages
2. Opting Out
   Text “STOP” to any text message we send you, or contact our customer support team. Once we get your request, you will get a confirmation text before we proceed with your Opt-Out process.
3. Text Usage Terms
   Text Frequency: The number of texts Infinity Travels sends you depends on the nature of your interaction. This includes account activity, booking confirmation, and promotional updates.
   Account Responsibility: Inform us that you are the authorized individual of the contact number you shared with us. In case your number changes for any reason, notify us about the same immediately to prevent miscommunication and unauthorized usage.
   Delivery Limitations:We send text messages through third-party providers. Their delivery may be subject to delays or failures, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays or undelivered texts.
   Carrier Restrictions: Our text message service is not available across United States mobile carriers. Your provider is not to be held liable for delays or non-delivery of text messages.
4. Text Costs
   Infinity Travels doesn’t charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Your carrier’s standard charges for messages or data may apply. This also includes roaming fees outside your primary service area. For details, connect with your carrier.
5. Data We Collect
   We collect your carrier data as a part of this service, including phone number, carrier, and message details (date, time, and content). We may use this data to enhance your experience with our services, like completing your requests and providing customized services. 6. Liability for Texts
   You agree to compensate Infinity Travels and its affiliates for claims, damages, and expenses that may arise due to your own failure to update contact information. This includes liability under any applicable telecommunications rules & regulations.
7. Ending Text Message Services
   Infinity Travels has the right to suspend or stop your collaboration in our text message service at any given moment if we find a violation of these Terms. The service will end if your mobile service lapses or ends. We have the right to modify, pause, or permanently discontinue the Terms of Service without any prior notice.
8. Changes to Message Terms
