Infinity Travels (Infinity Web Solutions LLC) may reduce or waive our own service fees for cancellations, exchanges, or new bookings in specific situations, like U.S. military service, bereavement, or accessibility needs.

Compassion Exception Policy applies solely to Infinity Travels service fees. You may still have to pay airline or other travel supplier penalties, as well as fare differences and restrictions.

Definitions & Notes

The Immediate family encompasses your spouse and domestic partner, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Infinity Travels recognizes biological and adoptive relationships. Step, in-law, foster, guardian, and domestic partner relationships also qualify.
