Price Match Promise

Infinity Travels wants you to be certain that you have booked at the best possible price. In case you find a lower fare including taxes and fees, for the exact same flight itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) competitor website within 24 hours of your booking with Infinity Travels, we will either:

• Meet the lower rate by refunding you the difference fare, or
• Cancel your booking entirely and issue a complete refund if you prefer.

We uphold this commitment in our Price Match Promise.

What Does “Same Itinerary” Mean?

You must match your booking exactly for these factors to qualify:

• Airline(s) and flight number(s)
• Origin, destination, and connections
• Travel dates and times
• Number of passengers
• Cabin class/seat type

What Does “Offered and Available for Booking” Mean?

The lower fare you found must meet these requirements:

• Must be live on a competitor’s public website when you submit your claim.
• Must be available to everyone to book immediately (not requiring a login, membership, or private portal).
• Must be available to verify in real time by Infinity Travels’ customer service team.

How to Make a Price Match Claim?

You must contact Infinity Travels within 24 hours of booking to submit a price match claim. Follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@theinfinitytravel.com or call 1-805-259-1718.
2. Provide the Infinity Travels booking reference number.
3. Submit details of the lower fare, including:
   • Airline name(s) and flight number(s)
   • Full itinerary (dates, times, passengers, seat type)
   • A direct URL and/or screenshot clearly displaying the fare
4. Our customer care team verifies the fare.

If we approve, you can either:

• Keep your booking and get a refund of the price difference, or
• Cancel your booking and get a full refund

Exclusions from Price Match Promise

Infinity Travels excludes these fare types from the Price Match Promise:

• Negotiated, corporate, group, or consolidator fares
• Fares from reward programs, coupons, promotions, or private client sales
• Student, military, government, or bulk fares
• Vacation packages or opaque fares (where airline details remain hidden until purchase)
• Tickets from bidding or auction sites
• Low-cost carrier (LCC) fares
• Pricing errors or obvious mistakes

Additional Terms

• Our Price Match Promise applies to one claim per booking.
• The refunds or adjustments are issued to the original form of payment.
• We hold the right to deny your claims if the information shared is not verifiable.
• Our decisions are final in the event of disputes.
