Infinity Travels imposes the following service fees on all cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. These fees also apply to any special services requested after ticket issuance. All such fees are on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis, in addition to any applicable airline, hotel, or supplier fees, and render them non-refundable under all circumstances.
We disclose all post-ticketing fees upfront to promote full transparency. You must pay these fees along with any airline, hotel, or supplier charges. Further, we display the complete final total, including all fees, prior to requiring payment confirmation.

Other Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Tickets and Refund Policies: Infinity Travels sells primarily non-refundable airline tickets. You qualify for refunds only if the airline's fare rules permit them, you have "no show" status, and the airline issues a waiver.
Refunds and Credits: Airlines control all refunds and future credits in accordance with their fare rules, policies, and approval procedures.
Supplier-Imposed Fees: Infinity Travels charges service fees in addition to any penalties imposed by airlines or suppliers.
Special Services: You must obtain airline approval for special service requests, including bereavement, military, or medical-related waivers. Infinity Travels assesses service fees for all approved and provided services. If the airline denies the request, our service fee will be refunded.
Government Taxes and Fees: These remain subject to change. We charge you solely the final amount displayed at checkout or quoted by an agent.
